Yes, delivery throughout South Africa is supported.
We are confident that you will love our products and want to keep it, nevertheless we do not offer returns on non faulty products. In the event that you received a faulty product you may return it, in its original packaging for our account, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please attach detailed images of faulty products. Please email Suzaan at suzaan@unfoldcollective.co.za for more information.
You are welcome to exchange your product for something of the same value as the one purchased. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on sale items. Any shipping fees associated with making an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
